Students may request documents online through their Student Information system PORTAL.
IF you do not have access to the Student Information system, you may request documents by filling this request form, attaching the required documents, and clicking on Submit. After you submit your request, you will receive an email confirming your submission with guidance regarding how to proceed.
Requests will take 5 working days to process and may take longer during holidays, registration, and commencement.
For Degree Verification, please scan a clear high resolution copy of your degree and send it by email to: studentservices@haigazian.edu.lb
For certificate requests that require filling a specific form provided by a third party, kindly scan a clear high resolution copy of the form to be filled and send it by email to: studentservices@haigazian.edu.lb
For inquiries regarding requesting documents, you may email studentservices@haigazian.edu.lb
Documents that are not collected within 60 days, will be discarded.
